How Do I Enroll for MetLife EFTs?

MetLife offers free EFT enrollment through their ePayment center. Follow the steps below to start receiving electronic payments directly to your bank account.

   Visit the MetLife ePayment registration page

   Go to metlifedental.epayment.center/Registration to begin the enrollment process.

   Submit your practice details

   Register by submitting your Tax ID, billing NPI, and practice business details.

3. 3

   Connect your bank account

   Upon registration you'll receive an email to provide your bank information and connect your bank account.
